Job Summary
The Overnight Front Desk Associate will provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
About the Overnight Front Desk Associate Role
Daily responsibilities include greeting members/guests, assisting with questions/concerns, promoting the Judgement Free Zone, performing membership-related functions, conducting prospective member calls and tours, and addressing maintenance concerns.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Diplomatic behavior and appropriate language
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Physical Demands
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnight)
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
