Overnight LPN/RN - Homecare

About the role

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in-home, overnight in the York, PA area. This role involves delivering individualized, one-on-one nursing care, supporting daily health needs, and promoting a safe, comfortable environment for patients to thrive. Ideal candidates have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for patient-centered care. Flexible scheduling options are available, but overnights are currently a HUGE NEED.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN/RN in the state in which the LPN/RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Pay

Hourly Pay: $32 - $38
