Responsibilities
- Monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications
- Support care plans
- Deliver personalized care to adult and pediatric patients
- Offer one-on-one care
- Ensure patient safety
- Support long-term, stable care environments
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year experience preferred
