Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a top-performing team dedicated to outstanding kitchen operations.
  • Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
  • Ensure all food products meet Dash In’s exceptional standards while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Empower your team by providing the tools, resources, and ongoing training they need to excel every day.
  • Optimize productivity by streamlining processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and keep operations running seamlessly.
  • Champion standards by upholding Dash In’s commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence in every aspect of back-of-house operations.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the BOH Manager on inventory, equipment maintenance, and team performance to keep everything on track.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent or interest in enrolling in our employer-paid GED completion program.
  • An ambition to drive results and adapt to change with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use POS technology.
