About the role
ROOST Cleveland is seeking a flexible, attentive, and highly reliable Front Desk Concierge to support our guests and property.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries
- Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns
- Maintain building access and monitor a secure, calm environment
- Conduct property walkthroughs and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Handle phone calls, emails, and guest communications
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and daily reports
- Support light administrative tasks and prepare materials for the team
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of front desk, concierge, or guest-service experience (hotel or luxury residential preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, guest-focused demeanor
- Ability to remain composed, professional, and attentive during quiet or high-pressure moments
- Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and front-office software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule with availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
