Overnight ER/ICU Veterinary Technician - New England Veterinary Center & Cancer Center

Position Overview

Join our team as an Overnight ER/ICU Veterinary Technician who supports hospital operations by providing dedicated quality veterinary care and exceptional service to our patients and clients.

Responsibilities

• Triage and stabilize patients
• Place IV catheters, draw blood, run in-house diagnostics
• Maintain a clean, safe, calm ICU environment
• Monitor critical patients and assist with emergency procedures
• Administer medications, CRIs, and blood products
• Provide clear, compassionate updates to clients
• Help maintain a clean, safe, calm ICU environment

Requirements

• 1+ year of veterinary technician experience (ER preferred but not required)
• Strong phlebotomy, catheter placement, and nursing skills
• Comfort with fast-paced, emotionally charged situations
• Kindness, teamwork, and a steady, supportive presence

Qualifications

• Experienced and/or credentialed technicians highly encouraged to apply
• In the absence of significant experience, applicants with a good attitude and work ethic are also welcome

Pay Range

• $24.30—$31.90 USD
