About the role
The Overnight Crisis Provider is responsible for providing immediate support and care to individuals experiencing a crisis situation. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic individual who can offer guidance and resources to help stabilize the situation.
Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention and support services to individuals in need.
- Assist in connecting clients to appropriate community resources and services.
- Document client interactions and progress in accordance with agency policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all professional standards of conduct.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals in crisis situations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay
