About the role

As a Caregiver, CNA, or CMA, you will enrich lives every day by relying on your experience and knowledge of medication administration procedures to ensure that residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.

• $3,500 sign-on bonus (no contracts)
• $1/hr shift premium for overnight shifts
• Year-round referral bonus opportunities
• Lead Program Onboarding for new hires

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
• Commit to confidentiality
• Continue learning and improving skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensed Certified Medication Aide in this state
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
