About the Role

Vi at Grayhawk is located at 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will assist licensed care staff in performing a variety of clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents, including activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining/tray services, escort services, vital signs, weights, and other care-related duties. You will also participate in quality assessment, performance improvement activities, and notification of resident changes of condition.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff with clinical and technical tasks for residents.
• Support activities of daily living, light housekeeping, and dining/tray services.
• Provide escort services and perform vital signs and weights.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
• Notify care team of resident changes of condition as they occur.

Requirements

• Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience is required; prior experience with geriatric clients is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certifications are required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing to obtain it.
• Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where required.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn.

Pay

USD $19.89 - USD $23.86 per hour.
