Overnight CNA and CMA

About the role

Touchmark at All Saints is Sioux Falls’ leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are hiring experienced Memory Care associates with a passion for caring for individuals with cognitive decline.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Work with residents to maintain their independence and quality of life
• Participate in activities designed to enhance the social and physical well-being of residents
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors

Requirements

• Must be MA and/or CNA
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification

Pay

• Shift differential of $1.50 per hour for evenings, overnights, and weekends
