Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior that aligns with Hilltop’s values, including Service 1 and Service 2.
• Administer medications according to physician orders, verifying and documenting correctly.
• Promote positive customer relations by learning resident names, acknowledging residents and visitors, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Assume Care Specialist duties as needed.

Requirements

• Care Specialist: High School Diploma or GED, plus six months of related work experience preferred, minimum 18 years of age.
• QMAP Care Specialist: High School Diploma or GED, plus six months of related work experience preferred, minimum 18 years of age, and QMAP certification required.

Qualifications

• Valid QMAP certification.
• Colorado Identification Card.
• CPR Certificate/First Aid Certificate.
• De-Escalation Training.

Pay

The starting wage range for the Care Specialist role is $17.00 to $17.85 per hour.

The starting wage range for the QMAP Care Specialist role is $17.50-$18.38 per hour.

Schedule

This position offers a variable schedule of Sunday-Wednesday from 10pm-8am, and a full-time schedule of Friday-Monday from 10p-8a.
