Overnight Behavioral Health Specialist
About the role
The Overnight Behavioral Health Specialist is responsible for checking on patients throughout the night, interacting with patients who are awake, cleaning, completing temperature logs, and charting audits. The Behavioral Health Specialist will provide client supervision and care as part of the treatment team. They will read and implement a client’s treatment plan, provide clients with positive cues, redirection, and reinforcement.

Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, no experience necessary.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree, no experience necessary; Associate’s degree plus one (1) year behavioral health work experience; High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification plus two (2) years of behavioral health work experience; High School Diploma or GED plus Medical Assistant certification plus two (2) years of behavioral health work experience; High School Diploma or GED plus three (3) years of behavioral health work experience.

Pay
$16.00/hour minimum, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications.
Schedule
Shifts run Sunday 8pm - 8am, Monday 8pm - 8am, Tuesday 8pm - 8am, Wednesday 8pm - 2am.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age (insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
