About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals with mental health needs under the supervision of licensed professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities
- Monitor patient progress and report to supervisors
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care plans
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with mental health needs is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
