Ovens Operator - 2nd shift

About the role

CTL Aerospace is a full-service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience in the aerospace industry. We specialize in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures and are currently seeking talented professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Load ovens and autoclaves.
• Hook up vacuum lines and TC wires.
• Select cure cycles and run cycles.
• Verify and check cure information.
• Enter cure information into computer.
• Deliver parts to various departments after cure.
• Maintain 6S schedule.
• Able to prioritize and make good decisions.
• Able to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

Requirements

• Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent.
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good time management skills.
• Able to prioritize and make good decisions.
• Able to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to become forklift certified.
