OutSystems consultant

What You Will Do

• Develop smart, scalable OutSystems solutions for large organizations
• Collaborate with UX designers, analysts, and other technical specialists
• Advise on technical choices and system architectures
• Translate customer needs into working applications
• Mentor mid-level and junior colleagues in their growth
• Contribute to positioning the OutSystems team both within and outside Incentro

Who You Will Work With

You will join an experienced team of more than 40 low-code developers. Together, we build mission-critical apps with OutSystems that help organizations grow. We work on complex integrations, scalable architectures, and smart solutions for challenging business issues. No standardized software, but custom-made solutions that work.

Our customers are leaders in their respective industries. From real-time data connections to hybrid cloud environments – we build the digital backbone of forward-thinking companies.

What You Bring

• Experience with OutSystems (minimum 3 years) and relevant certifications
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and CI/CD
• Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities
• A passion for technology and a clear technical vision
• Determined to grow the OutSystems thought leadership both within and outside the team
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Fluent in both Dutch and English

• Salary between €4,000,- and €6,000,- plus 8% vacation allowance
