About the role
The role of Outsourcing Coordinator involves managing outsourcing relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and coordinating day-to-day operations between the company and its external service providers.
Responsibilities
- Manage outsourcing relationships and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with external service providers.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Resolve issues and conflicts arising from outsourcing arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to outsourcing contracts and agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outsourcing management or related field.
- Strong understanding of contract law and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
