What You’ll Do: The Service Salesperson is responsible for prospecting and generating Service Revenue for the Service Department as well as developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships with existing clients including, large fleet customers. The Service Salesperson manages the repair expectations for assigned customers to ensure excellent customer service and provide immediate service to trucks thereby maintaining the customer relationship. The Service Salesperson spends more than 50% of his or her time outside the office engaging in the selling of Freightliner products.
