What You’ll Do
- Develop strong relationships with customers and become a trusted partner in their business.
- Build and grow your sales territory by identifying opportunities and expanding market presence.
- Partner with IPS engineering and automation teams to deliver packaging solutions that meet real customer needs.
- Drive profitable growth by identifying opportunities and delivering value‑driven solutions.
- Stay ahead of market trends and serve as an informed resource for your clients.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience (preferred).
- Hunter mentality — competitive, self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑driven.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Packaging or industrial sales experience is a plus.
Compensation
Base salary plus uncapped commission, with quarterly bonuses.
