Outside Service Attendant
About the Role
The Outside Service Attendant will support the golf operation at The Club at Crested Butte, embodying the club’s standards of service and member experience. This role is ideal for a driven individual eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused organization.

Responsibilities
- Stage golf carts for daily play and tournament play.
- Provide excellent service and positive interactions with members and guests.
- Ensure the cart barn is kept clean and organized.
- Attend the bag drop and assist customers with their golf bags.
- Maintain stock and inventory of the practice range.
- Wash practice balls.
- Collect golf balls using a range picker.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous golf course experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the game of golf preferred.
Physical Demands
- Physical activity may include long hours (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scooping.
- Regularly lifts 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals as required.
- Work outside in various weather conditions.
