Outside Service Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Affords assistance with the upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
• Assists in the preparation and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains the cart staging area and bag drop area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Ensures golf carts are prepared for play according to Troon Golf standards.
• Educates players on course policies, cart policies, and speed of play.
• Changes golf spikes for players as needed.
• Performs range maintenance tasks such as setting up practice facilities and maintaining ball inventory.
• Directs the start of play when necessary.
• Keeps accurate records of golfers renting clubs and cleans returned rental clubs.
• Assists with food and beverage activities during events.
• Cleans golfers' clubs after play.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months to a year of customer service experience or training.
