Outside Sales Representative - Will Train

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, solving problems and building trusted relationships to ensure homes and families are protected.
• Adept at listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions, winning over customers with confidence and care.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities, conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity, and serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes, explaining how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home, using the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Benefits

• Competitive earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 per year and a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment.
• Compensation during the initial training period (first 90 days) is set at $28.85 per hour.
