Outside Sales Representative - B2B
Sales Potential
Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses!
Year 2 on-target earnings between $105,00-$125,000.
Fixed Compensation
- Base Salary: $46,000
- Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,000/year
- Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
- Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
- Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year
Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $53K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.

Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
