Pay
- $65K - $150K annually +, which can be comprised of base + commission, commission only, draw commission, or guaranteed commission.
- You could be eligible to receive a car allowance, gas card, or mileage reimbursement.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 years of sales experience in building materials or related industry.
- Must be able to walk throughout yards, plants, and offices.
- Valid driver’s license required upon hire.
- 50% travel required.
Skills
- Working knowledge of building materials industry and products.
- Ability to negotiate prices and contractual agreements.
- Estimating from blueprints.
- Ability to use calculator and computer.
