Responsibilities
- Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
- Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain practical solutions to customers.
- Serve as an empathetic problem solver by utilizing in-depth training to recommend the best innovative overall pest solutions for each customer's needs.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Conduct sales appointments and schedule meetings with potential customers in their homes, explaining how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing any questions and setting expectations.
- Use an iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized, receiving training on this tool.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
- Ability to work independently and interact with clients.

- Compensation during the initial training period (first 90 days) is set at $23 per hour.
