Responsibilities

  • Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
  • Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain practical solutions to customers.
  • Serve as an empathetic problem solver by utilizing in-depth training to recommend the best innovative overall pest solutions for each customer's needs.
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
  • Conduct sales appointments and schedule meetings with potential customers in their homes, explaining how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind.
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing any questions and setting expectations.
  • Use an iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized, receiving training on this tool.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently and interact with clients.
