Responsibilities
- Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
- Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
- Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
- Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Must be available to travel up to 10%.
- Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
- A hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a related field (pest control, roofing, construction, route-based businesses).
- Ability to work in the field independently and efficiently manage your own schedule.
- Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.
