Key Responsibilities
- Possess and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Identify and qualify opportunities in targeted sectors such as food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing.
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to understand client needs and develop customized service proposals.
- Present and sell pest control solutions to decision-makers, including facility managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities services, or a related field.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to travel regionally to meet with clients and prospects.
