Outside Sales Representative
About the role
Lithtex NW is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to promote our expert printing services in the Greater Seattle Area. This role focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales through various methods.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth by building strong relationships in your territory.
- Identify and engage prospects through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals.
- Cultivate key accounts by connecting with decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the printing industry.
- 3+ years of B2B direct sales experience, particularly in a cold-calling or outside sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Based out of or near Seattle, WA.
Qualifications
Local candidate working remotely based in the Greater Seattle Area, as the position requires local travel for sales meetings, networking, and marketing.

$65,000 per year + 3% Commission
