Responsibilities
- Possess daily prospecting and build a strong pipeline (cold calls, job sites, networking)
- Win new accounts and grow existing relationships
- Drive sales of light and heavy construction equipment
- Meet with customers daily and close deals in the field
- Own your territory and consistently exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Outside sales or territory sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High energy, self-discipline, and a “hunter” mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on the road
