Outside Sales Representative

Sales Rep

Live Oak Construction Supply is seeking an aggressive outside sales rep to join our team in Savannah. Ideal candidates will have experience in selling to contractors, excellent customer service, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Selling products and services including cold calling and account management
• Track leads, plan sales, analyze customer trends, schedule follow-ups in CRM system
• Achieve profit margin goals
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective customers
• Perform job material analysis and search job plans to quote projects
• Complete Job Information Sheets and hand deliver Notice to Contractor or lien forms as necessary
• Complete and submit architect and general contractor prequalification forms
• Assist with account collections
• Cover for counter sales as needed
• Ensure quotes and orders are processed timely and accurately

Requirements

• Experience in selling in a B2B distribution environment and to the commercial construction industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated, timely and organized
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize well
• Able to read, analyze and interpret engineering plans and specs
