About the role

The role is designed for individuals who are motivated and eager to contribute to the growth of an innovative startup. This position offers the chance to work with a dynamic team and shape the company's go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Visit target and existing branches to identify partnership opportunities and increase deliveries on the Curri platform.
  • Serve as the first in-person contact for prospective Curri customers across various industries.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to provide a world-class customer experience.
  • Strategically work with high-value accounts that may have minimal or no experience using Curri.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Curri’s suite of products and present a unique perspective on logistics.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to advance professionally within Curri.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to effectively communicate the value of Curri to potential clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect into Mid-Market/Enterprise-level accounts using various tactics such as phone calls, personalized emails, and sales tools.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Superb written and spoken communication skills.
  • A keen sense of organization and autonomy.
  • Experience with our current tech stack (Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack).

  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time to visit target locations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $80,000 with a potential OTE of up to $120,000.
