Responsibilities

Generate new business leads and close deals
Effectively execute ADESA’s Dealer Sales strategy
Possess territory management experience
Engage with customers and employees in a transparent, reliable, and positive manner
Demonstrate knowledge of products and services
Maximize technology
Work in a fast-paced business environment
Show professional behavior and live by our core values
Drive, achieve, and have a positive mindset
Communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal skills

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
College education preferred
Proven success in outside B2B sales
Territory management experience
Automotive experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Effective interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information
Proven ability to manage deliverables and metrics against aggressive targets and timelines
Proficiency with computer systems and applications
Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license meeting ADESA’s requirements

The physical activity requirements of the position range from Light to Medium Physical Work.
The physical working conditions include temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems, such as fumes, odors, and dusts associated with internal and external service station/convenience food and petroleum dispensing operations.
