About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with deep flooring industry experience and an established book of business to join a growing organization with significant earning potential. The Outside Sales Representative will have the freedom to operate independently, develop contractor relationships, and grow a territory spanning San Luis Obispo County through Santa Barbara. Using the showroom as a home base, you’ll spend the majority of your time in the field building partnerships, generating business, and expanding market share.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors in both commercial and residential sectors
- Utilize the store as a home base for meetings and client interactions
- Generate business by actively seeking new clients and opportunities
- Manage workload independently without micromanagement
- Cook up with the store for product samples and support
Requirements
- Existing book of business required
- 2-10+ years of flooring industry sales experience with proven outside sales experience
- Experience working with residential and commercial contractors
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000+ / Year DOE
