Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Bath Fitter is a leading manufacturer of premium bath and shower remodeling products in North America. We provide our sales consultants with pre-qualified leads and the opportunity to earn significant commissions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling.
• Consult with customers in their homes to design bath and shower solutions that meet their needs.
• Present pricing and close sales during in-home appointments.
• Generate additional business through referrals and self-generated leads.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

• Up to 2–3 in-home consultations per day with homeowners requesting quotes.
• Present solutions, answer questions, and close deals.
• Follow up with prospects and referrals to build additional business.

Who This Role Is Perfect For

• Successful candidates often come from backgrounds such as in-home sales, outside or territory sales, real estate, and commission-based sales roles.
• Experience in these areas is preferred, but competitive drive, confidence, and coachability are valued.
