What You’ll Be Doing

  • Possess and manage a territory with both established and untapped customers
  • Meet clients, uncover opportunities, and close business
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Create and present proposals and contracts
  • Navigate competitor landscapes and market conditions
  • Collaborate with local branches on sales strategies
  • Track and manage opportunities in CRM systems
  • Forecast and report sales results

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Effective planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, or environmental services
