What You’ll Be Doing
- Possess and manage a territory with both established and untapped customers
- Meet clients, uncover opportunities, and close business
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Create and present proposals and contracts
- Navigate competitor landscapes and market conditions
- Collaborate with local branches on sales strategies
- Track and manage opportunities in CRM systems
- Forecast and report sales results
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Effective planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, or environmental services
