What You’ll Be Doing
- Possess and utilize strong prospecting, qualification, and conversion skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Create and present proposals that lead to profitable outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts based on Badger’s value proposition.
- Stay informed about competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with local branches to develop and implement sales action plans and strategies.
- Track and manage opportunities within the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with customers.
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, or environmental services is preferred.
- A self-starter who can work independently while also being a strong team player.
