What You’ll Be Doing

  • Possess and utilize strong prospecting, qualification, and conversion skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Create and present proposals that lead to profitable outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts based on Badger’s value proposition.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with local branches to develop and implement sales action plans and strategies.
  • Track and manage opportunities within the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with customers.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, or environmental services is preferred.
  • A self-starter who can work independently while also being a strong team player.
