About the role
The role involves developing a strong referral network, maintaining client relationships, closing deals, managing the sales pipeline, and attending networking events. The position requires a background in residential or commercial technology integration, or similar roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop Referral Network - Cultivate a steady flow of project work from Architects, GCs, Owners’ Reps, Interior Designers, and other adjacent trades.
- Client Relationships - Land clients, keep them happy, and turn them into a source for more referrals.
- Close Deals - Revenue is the metric. Ensure all activities contribute to moving money.
- Pipeline Management - Log leads, opportunities, & activities in our CRM.
- Networking - Attend 6–8 networking, industry, and social events, including participation in the local BNI chapter.
Requirements
- Built a career working with discerning, high-end clients.
- Experience in residential or commercial technology integration, or similar roles.
- Ability to sell amazing technology to homeowners and businesses.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales or technology integration.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and growing client relationships.
- Passion for technology and a desire to work with high-end clients.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.

Pay
Starting base salary is $60,000 with a project commission of 1% of pre-tax gross sales. Typical annual bonus is $10,000 per year. Year 1: Expected to generate at least $1.0M/yr ($80k+ In Comp). Year 2: Expected to generate at least $1.5M/yr ($85k+ In Comp). Year 3: Expected to generate at least $2.0M/yr ($130k+ In Comp).
