Responsibilities

• Travel assigned territory on foot or by car to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason’s full product and service portfolio
• Conduct consultative meetings with potential clients to uncover needs and demonstrate how workplace solutions can improve their operations
• Demo products, share web tools, provide custom pricing, and assist new customers with onboarding via MasonvilleGO
• Collaborate closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account transitions and ongoing support
• Participate in regular branch sales meetings for alignment, coaching, and market strategy

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or similar client-facing roles
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Fluent in English (converse, read, and write)
• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)
