About the Role

Responsibilities

• Explore assigned territory, meet with potential clients, and introduce them to W.B. Mason's products and services.
• Uncover client needs, demo products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO and ensure smooth transitions with inside sales and onboarding teams.
• Participate in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)
• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or related fields

Skills

• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in English (conversational, reading, and writing)
