Responsibilities

• Hit the road (on foot or by car) to explore your assigned territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason’s offerings.
• Meet with potential clients, uncover needs, and demonstrate how our full range of workplace products and services can meet those needs.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Work closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition and ongoing care for new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or related fields.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) from a four‑year college (preferred).

Pay

$60,000 - $65,000 annually with bonus opportunities.
