Annual salary of $60,000 – $65,000 with bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Travel on foot or by car to explore an assigned territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason’s product offerings.
• Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and demonstrate how the full range of workplace products and services can help them.
• Conduct product demonstrations, share web tools, and provide custom pricing.
• Assist new customers with setup through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts.
• Participate in regular branch sales meetings for support and alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from a four‑year college (preferred).
