Outside Sales Manager - CPA Channel
Overview
As a District Sales Leader, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. You will achieve this by executing strategic sales and marketing programs. Your leadership will be pivotal in implementing approved initiatives ensuring our district meets and exceeds its targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the outside sales team in meeting activity metrics and unit and revenue quotas as directed by the Zone Manager.
- Coach, supervise, and provide ongoing training of assigned sales representatives in technical knowledge, competitive knowledge, and sales skills knowledge.
- Manage the achievement of corporate objectives by individual product lines within the area of district responsibility and within budgeted financial guidelines.
- Recruit, select, and direct sales staff to meet and/or exceed corporate goals.
- Maintain accurate weekly activity reports and audit commission and expense reports.
- Initiate, participate in, and supervise ongoing training of assigned sales representatives in technical knowledge, competitive knowledge, and sales skills knowledge.
- Manage items of corporate assigned budgets.
- Work with partners in service, HR/OD, and other sales divisions to develop mutual objectives and solve issues using partnership principles.
- Ensure accuracy of weekly activity reports and audits commission and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing - Preferred
- 3 years of experience in Sales Leadership. Outside Sales - Required
- Problem Solving - Preferred
- Business Administration - Preferred
- Selling Techniques - Preferred
- Sales Reporting - Preferred
- Sales Strategy - Preferred
