About the role

FASTSIGNS of Orange is a newly established franchise aiming to become the leading provider of visual communication solutions for the local community. We offer consulting, design, production, sourcing, and installation services for various visual communication assets.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and consult with commercial customers, including B2B sales through in-person meetings, networking events, conferences, door-to-door, and other methods to ensure they are top-of-mind for all their signage and custom branding needs.
  • Pitch and quote large, complex projects involving multiple customized solutions and services, ensuring healthy margins in your client portfolio.
  • Convert leads into customers using a consultative sales process and close sales within our business management software system.
  • Collaborate with customers on projects requiring extended coordination with multiple products and phased installations.
  • Work with the in-house graphics, production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction with the final products.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality products, timely installations, and deliveries.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sign sales experience (inside or outside).
  • A great attitude: enjoy learning, work well in a team, and take personal responsibility for achieving high-level results.
  • An ability to solve problems to meet customer needs and go above and beyond to assist them in creating the best possible solution.
  • A bold and relentless approach to building customer relationships and generating sales.
  • A keen service-minded attitude and a can-do spirit to handle the challenges that arise in the sign industry, such as customer issues, vendor problems, property management, and weather-related disruptions.
  • Fluency with Google's G-Suite (used heavily in our working environment).
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
  • A valid driver's license for conducting site surveys and helping customers load products.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with CRM/Sales platforms, particularly Corebridge and Hubspot.
  • A track record of sales experience with high close rates and your own sign customer list.
  • A combination of sign sales and sign production/installation experience.
  • Outside sales experience, specifically in signs, to produce professional drawings and presentations for large commercial customers.
