About the role
This is not an order-taker role. This is for a true hunter who can open doors, build relationships, and close big business.
Responsibilities
- Relentlessly prospect and generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
- Own your pipeline—build it, manage it, and close it
- Sell consultative facility solutions to decision-makers across multiple industries
- Run high-impact presentations and close deals with confidence
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Create long-term partnerships and turn clients into repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure elite service delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of crushing quotas
- A true hunter mentality—you don’t wait for leads, you create them
- Confidence in high-volume outreach and face-to-face selling
- Strong negotiation and closing skills—you ask for the business and get it
- High energy, competitive drive, and resilience
Qualifications
- Experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, or service-based sales is a plus
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
