Job Summary
City Wide Facility Solutions - Charlotte is seeking a tenacious closer to join their Sales Team. The role involves aggressive prospecting, building lasting relationships, and closing deals. The successful candidate should easily earn $100K+ OTE in their first year.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by executing a disciplined outbound prospecting strategy — including cold calling on foot and by phone
- Set your own appointments, manage your sales pipeline, and move opportunities from lead to close
- Build lasting relationships through consultative selling and a deep understanding of client needs
- Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction and renewal
- Represent City Wide professionally — with energy, polish, and integrity — in all client interactions
Requirements
- Non-Negotiables:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, proving consistent quota achievement
- Demonstrated ability to prospect independently through cold calls, walk-ins, and phone outreach
- Full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to closing
- Proof of activity and results (CRM reports, awards, or metrics)
- Professional presence — strong communication skills and appearance
- Relentless drive to succeed and overcome challenges
- Ability to connect confidently in all professional settings (includes a meal interview with Catherine)
- High-energy personality that makes an immediate impact in the room

Pay
$65K base salary with uncapped commission structure
