Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and self-generated leads.
• Conduct video roof inspections, including safely climbing onto roofs.
• Educate homeowners on roofing and restoration solutions.
• Build trust through honest communication and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with your team.

Requirements

• Proven success in outside sales or a goal-driven environment.
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, hunter mentality.
• Coachable, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with basic computer software.
