Responsibilities
- Possess strategic prospecting skills to develop new business
- Create and implement plans to retain and grow services with existing accounts
- Identify new customers and project opportunities proactively
- Act as a liaison between customers and the organization during the sales and production process
- Build high-level relationships and understand customer businesses and requirements
- Provide regular updates to management on customer and industry trends
- Update and maintain sales activity and customer/prospect information in Salesforce CRM
- Maintain regular contact with customers to address questions and provide product/service information
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and meet monthly/annual sales targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of professional selling experience in printing, packaging, or folding cartons
- Demonstrated experience in relevant vertical markets (food, beverage, wine, pharmaceutical, personal care, household products)
- Thorough knowledge of printing, prime label, and/or flexible packaging
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive, sit, stand, and travel for extended periods
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Driven to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Benefits
Compensation includes an annual base salary plus commission. Total compensation varies based on individual performance and meeting sales targets.
