Responsibilities
- Possess strategic prospecting skills to develop new business
- Create and execute tactical plans for customer retention and expansion
- Identify new customers and project opportunities proactively
- Act as a liaison between customers and the organization
- Build high-level relationships and understand customer needs
- Provide regular reporting on customer and industry trends
- Update and maintain sales activity and customer information in Salesforce CRM
- Maintain regular contact with customers to address inquiries and provide information
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and meet sales targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of professional selling experience
- Demonstrated experience in applicable vertical markets (food, beverage, wine, pharmaceutical, personal care, household products)
- Thorough knowledge of printing, prime label, and/or flexible packaging
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Driven to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Some travel required within a local market (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary)
Benefits
Compensation includes an annual base salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, plus a commission opportunity. Total compensation varies based on individual performance and meeting sales targets.
