Responsibilities

  • Possess strategic prospecting skills to develop new business
  • Create and execute tactical plans for customer retention and expansion
  • Identify new customers and project opportunities proactively
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the organization
  • Build high-level relationships and understand customer needs
  • Provide regular reporting on customer and industry trends
  • Update and maintain sales activity and customer information in Salesforce CRM
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to address inquiries and provide information
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and meet sales targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of professional selling experience
  • Demonstrated experience in applicable vertical markets (food, beverage, wine, pharmaceutical, personal care, household products)
  • Thorough knowledge of printing, prime label, and/or flexible packaging
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Driven to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Some travel required within a local market (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary)

Benefits

Compensation includes an annual base salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, plus a commission opportunity. Total compensation varies based on individual performance and meeting sales targets.
