About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Branson, Missouri. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with contractors and homeowners, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions through our wide range of building materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, builders, and homeowners
• Provide expert advice and product knowledge to assist customers in selecting appropriate materials
• Estimate material quantities and develop accurate project bids based on construction drawings
• Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies that drive profitability and growth
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across framing lumber, windows, doors, and specialty materials

Requirements

• Experience in building materials sales or related industry required
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans
• Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
• Valid Driver's License and ability to be covered under company insurance policy
