Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients post-service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the restoration or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others in their time of need.
