Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients post-service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the restoration or service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others in their time of need.
