About the role
The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions. Key responsibilities include designing scalable systems, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software systems
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Contribute to the development of technical standards and guidelines
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
